The production time in embroidery depends not only on the number of stitches but also significantly on the number of thread trims and color changes. This is because the machine must slow down, stop, and then speed up again with each thread trim or color change. In the time it takes to make a thread trim, up to 150 stitches could have been produced. The Melco Calculator considers these factors, allowing you to accurately calculate production and cost times.
